StageOne Family Theatre has been changing children’s lives for 80 years. Your gift will help shape the next 80.

Today, on Louisville's biggest annual day of giving, you can help StageOne continue to inspire and educate children by cultivating the qualities that lead to happier, more successful lives.

As a proud member of the StageOne team, I see firsthand that theatre does more than give students a spotlight—it builds the empathy, communication, and social-emotional skills essential for future success. Over the last eight decades, StageOne has helped more than 4 million children find their voice and build self-confidence.

Today, we reach over 40,000 children annually through in-school programming, field trips to mainstage performances at The Kentucky Center, and classes and camps at our Payne Street campus—many at no cost to their families. These experiences matter more than ever in an era of declining arts funding, increased screen time, and virtual learning.
