Send Louisville Winds to Kansas City!

In 2026, the American Bandmasters Association (ABA) invited the Louisville Winds to perform as a featured ensemble during the ABA Annual Conference in Kansas City, Missouri. 

The Louisville Winds accepted this incredible offer to perform at this elite event and, in an effort to ensure affordability and access for all members of the ensemble to participate, Louisville Winds is raising money to make the trip!

The Louisville Winds is a highly acclaimed wind ensemble that has performed free concerts in Louisville, Kentucky since 2011. Operating solely through donations and contributions from the performers, the Louisville Winds seeks to bring music to all corners of the Louisville Metro Area. These free concerts feature everything from holiday classics to new and impressive composers. The ensemble is community based, featuring performers from a variety of professions including current and retired music educators, attorneys, bankers, and business executives.
