I am raising money for Highlands Community Ministries because of the vital role it plays in supporting older adults and families in my community. As someone who works to support healthy aging in our community, I have seen how programs like Meals on Wheels and senior centers help older adults remain connected, nourished, and independent.
HCM's senior center, Meals on Wheels, food pantry, and other programs provide much-needed assistance to older adults and people of all ages throughout the Highlands.
As many community resources face increasing pressure, it is important for all of us to step up and support our neighbors. The safety net is only strong when we hold it together.
