Every year, families in our Healthy Families program work hard to achieve important goals that strengthen their families and create brighter futures for their children. Graduation is a meaningful milestone that recognizes their dedication, resilience, and accomplishments.

This year, we want to host graduation celebrations at each of our program sites so every graduating family can be honored in their own community. These events provide an opportunity for families, children, staff, and supporters to come together and celebrate the progress they have made and the successes they have achieved.

We are asking for your support to help make these celebrations special. Funds raised will help cover event expenses, including venue costs, decorations, refreshments, certificates, and recognition items for participating families.
