Skylar's Performing for Good Fundraiser

Hi everyone! 💜

This is my 2nd year at Classic Melodies Performance Institute, and I love being part of the CMPI family! I’ve gotten to have so many fun experiences, make great memories with my friends, and do two things I really love: singing and acting! 🎶🎭

On September 10, 2026, POPs Booster Club is participating in Give for Good Louisville to help raise money to support all of the students at CMPI!

I would love your help supporting POPs Booster Club and everything they do to give kids like me these awesome opportunities! 💜

🌟 My goal is to get 25 people to donate and raise $500! 🌟

Every donation, big or small, helps us get closer to our goal. Thank you for supporting me, my friends, and our CMPI family! 🥰

Additional ways you can help:

• Be an Ambassador for Good
  • Ambassadors for Good are community members who use their media platforms to amplify Give for Good Louisville and encourage others to participate. A total of 10 ambassadors will be given a $100 grant to award to an organization of their choosing.
• Participate in #GiveForGoodLouLIVETrivia
  • Tune into Facebook.com/CFLouisville at 6:15 p.m. (ET) on September 10 for #GiveForGoodLouLIVE Trivia. Sit together with friends and family or play solo, and be the quickest to answer correctly! The top three winners of trivia will earn extra cash for their favorite participating nonprofits.
• Complete the post-giving day survey
  • Donors who submit responses to the post-giving day survey will be randomly selected and awarded a $500 grant to the organization of their choosing. 
• Follow POPs Booster Club on Facebook
  • Stay up-to-date with Give for Good fundraising prizes, additional opportunities throughout the year, and all CMPI events.

Why support our organization?

CMPI has been a part of this community for over 30 years, creating meaningful experiences that allow young performers to shine on stage and grow in confidence, creativity, and teamwork. POPs Booster Club plays a vital role in making the arts accessible to all students by investing in the future of our young performers and helping keep the joy of live performance alive. 

Some things they have previously been able to help with: 

• Contributing to performance and workshop fees for Classic Melodies Top Note group in places like New York & Disney World
• Funding for new mics
• Studio updates such as new flooring and paint 
• Scholarships for graduating seniors
