We’ve seen the impact of B.A.Y.A. (Beautiful As You Are) up close and we believe in it with all our hearts. That’s why we’ve joined together as "BAYA's Champions" fundraising team! We are passionate supporters raising funds to help B.A.Y.A. reach even more girls who need it.
B.A.Y.A. creates a safe, empowering space for girls to be seen, heard, and celebrated. Through weekly workshops, summer camps, mentorship, and real conversations around self-worth and mental health, girls learn that they are so much more than their reflection in the mirror.
It all started with one mom’s love. When founder Tanisha “Tish” Frederick saw her daughter struggle after being bullied, she turned pain into purpose. That purpose has since blossomed into a nonprofit that now serves nearly 1,000 girls each month and is changing lives 💬✨
Now, we’re rallying our networks to pay it forward because we know this work changes lives.
