Those of you who know me well know that I am involved with Sweet Evening Breeze, which is an organization that supports LGBTQ young people experiencing homelessness in Louisville.
Sweet Evening Breeze has opened the first transitional housing program for LGBTQ young people in the state of Kentucky: Trager House. They provide fully furnished, independent apartments that clients can live in for up to a year so that they can stabilize and achieve their goals. They are currently raising money to fund the operations of Trager House for six months.
