Debbie's Personal Challenge

Hi Y'all!  I am excited to share that Mark 12 is part of the 3rd annual day of giving called Give For Good LOU.  This Thursday, September 10th is designated for local non-profits to share their stories and try to raise as much money as possible in 24 hours.

This fundraiser will support our building project for Grace Village and a new location for the thrift store.   

As you know, Outreach Thrift is my happy place.  If you have never been, please come.  It is more than a place to buy stuff.  We are a family!  We have folks who come in for prayer.  We have people who just come to hang out.  We share each others burdens and we celebrate the joys.  We are blessed to be able to help so many people.

To paraphrase Mark 12:30-31 it says that we are to Love God with our soul, heart, mind and strength.  And we are to love our neighbors.  We are doing that at Mark 12 and I would like to challenge you to join us in this venture.

I have a goal to raise $1,000 for the building fund.  Every amount large and small will add up.  Please help me reach my goal.  I can't do it without you!
