I wanted to find an aerobic exercise I could do besides walking. I heard about LAR from an educator I work with and I love being on the water. In 2019 I started learning how to row and discovered it is fun and intriguing. It is wonderful learning and working with people with various disabilities and their coaches. This will be my first race and I'm delighted. Thank you in advance for your donations.
