I’ve been part of Lincoln Foundation family for eleven years. Every day, I get to witness the incredible growth of our Whitney M. Young Scholars—young people who are becoming confident, capable leaders in our community.

This work is personal to me. I’ve watched these scholars grow up, overcome challenges, and blossom into amazing young adults. One grandmother recently told me how proud she is of her granddaughter, who now speaks confidently in front of any group—thanks to the skills she gained through our program. Another scholar described Lincoln Foundation as a beacon of light that helped her realize her dreams.
