Our Whitney M. Young Leadership Initiative is a multi-year commitment aimed at helping motivated students reach their full potential. By providing academic support, mentorship, and real-world experiences, we empower our scholars from middle school through college and into their early careers. Many of these scholars will face significant challenges as they strive to be the first in their families to earn a college degree.
