It's Candice Crawford for For Lady's Sake.

We're raising funds to support period equity in our community—because everyone deserves dignity, no matter the time of the month.

I’m the CEO/Founder of For Lady's Sake, and we have been working tirelessly to help end period poverty in Kentuckiana. No one should have to choose between buying food or buying pads. But for thousands of people right here in our neighborhoods, that’s the reality—and we’re doing something about it.

For Lady’s Sake is a nonprofit working to restore dignity and advance equity—one period at a time. In 2024 alone, we distributed more than 18,600 products, supported 930 people, and launched Period Pods—free 24/7 outdoor pantries that provide emergency access to period supplies.

That’s why I’m fundraising. Because this work matters. Period poverty affects school attendance, job security, and mental health. Your donation helps make sure a natural biological need holds no one back.

💥 Here's What Your Gift Can Do:

• $25 provides 50 period products to a Period Pod

• $100 assembles 10 kits for a local shelter

• $250 funds youth education and empowerment events

• $500+ helps launch a brand-new Period Pod in an underserved neighborhood
