Help Me Empower the Next Generation of Leaders

Investing in education has the power to unlock potential, transform lives, and create opportunities that extend far beyond the classroom. That is why I am a passionate supporter of Lincoln Foundation. Through its Whitney M. Young Leadership Initiative, the organization supports high-potential scholars from the 8th grade through college, providing the academic, financial, and personal support they need to overcome social and economic barriers to higher education.

The results demonstrate the power of this investment. One hundred percent of Whitney M. Young Scholars graduate high school on time, and 96% enroll in college immediately after graduation. Scholars achieve an average four-year college graduation rate of 68%, substantially higher than the national average of 54%. In addition, graduates of the College Transition Enrichment Program (CTEP), launched in 2021, continue to thrive after earning their degrees, with 86% employed in their field or in graduate school within six months of graduation, exceeding the national post-graduation average of 77%.
