✨ I'm so glad you're here. I go by Valentine and at Play Cousins Collective, I have the honor of being the Social Media Manager - the voice and lens that carries our village’s stories into the world. Through photography, social media, and fundraising campaigns, I get to showcase the brilliance of our children, the dedication of our families, and the beauty of our culture.

It is important to me that the resilience of Black families in Louisville is celebrated, and it is my hope that the work we’re doing will carry forward for years to come as a lasting legacy. I personally invite you to be part of that, ensuring this work continues to grow and thrive for generations.

This year’s Give for Good campaign helps fund after-school programs, expand middle and high school enrichment, create spaces for families to gather, and develop Sankofa Sanctuary, a beautiful nature-based healing and learning space in Chickasaw Park.

We are family through fictive kinship: choosing to claim one another on purpose, and building legacy through care, not just blood. This Give For Good let's show Louisville the power of our village.
