Dr. Charlotte's Smoketown Fundraiser

For the past 8 years, it has been my great pleasure and privilege to care for children and their families at the Smoketown Family Wellness Center!

As we all know, "it takes a village to raise a child" Sadly, many families living in poverty lack that village. At SFWC, we don't just do check ups and sick visits—we support the whole family and prioritize their needs. We understand that for a child to be healthy, the entire family needs to be.

Standard reimbursements from Medicaid and private insurance simply do not cover the vital services needed to address comprehensive wellbeing. That is why we raise money to bridge this critical gap.
