Hi, I’m Natasha!

As a child, one of my first dream jobs was to become a teacher. As I grew older, I realized I didn’t want to just be a teacher I wanted to be an advocate not only for youth, but also for the caregivers around them. I’m dedicated to becoming the role model I wish I had growing up and creating positive change by uplifting youth and parents through creativity, compassion, and connection, alongside the education and life lessons I’ve gained throughout my own journey.

After having my own child, wanting more opportunities for him than I had growing up, I began searching for a place where I could help make that possible. That search led me to Play Cousins Collective! First as an Innovative Youth Advocate, then as a teacher in Playful Pathways, and now as an Engagement Specialist within our Caregiver Support pillar. Being a child’s teacher or advocate means helping shape not only their future, but the future of our communities as well.

Your contributions help support healthy child development, provide families with valuable resources, strengthen parenting skills, and support the healing and strengthening of family and community relationships. This is more than a job. It truly is a village and through your support, you become a part of that village too.
