Rachael’s Smoketown Family Wellness Warriors

I love Smoketown Family Wellness Center because they provide one of a kind care for my children and support me as a parent. They meet the everyday medical needs that come with raising children, but their care goes far beyond the exam room. From behavioral health and Community Health Worker support to food resources and access to fresh, healthy food, there is an entire team ready to help my family through whatever life brings. Smoketown represents what I believe healthcare should be: compassionate, accessible, community-centered, and treated as a basic human right—not a privilege.
