This year on September 10, I'm excited to be participating in Give for Good Louisville to raise funds for Kentucky Science Center's Annual Fund for Science. 

Science has played a significant role throughout my life and career, especially through my passion for making, building, and exploring how things work. I learn something new every day, and that sense of curiosity and discovery continues to guide both my life and my career as a whiskey maker.

I consider myself a lifelong learner, and I believe learning is one of the most exciting ways we can continue to grow, challenge our minds, and unlock new possibilities. Curiosity doesn’t have an age limit, and neither does the opportunity to discover something new.

You might think the Kentucky science center is primarily for young people, but today’s science center has evolved in so many ways. It offers meaningful opportunities for people of all ages to explore, learn, question, and be inspired. Science is for everyone—and there is always something new to discover.

I'm aiming to raise as much as I can to support Kentucky Science Center's overall goal of $25,000.

Funds raised will support our Annual Fund for Science, providing ongoing support for education programs and initiatives including:

• $500 supports Pulse of Surgery for a class of 25 students. 
• $300 takes one Science Expo to children’s and families’ neighborhoods.
• $139 supports one family with a Community Access Membership. 
• $21 supports one student's field trip admission to our Flagship Facility. 

Your gift will help provide people with hands-on experiences that demonstrate the relevance of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM) in everyday life.
