Rescuing Food. Feeding Families.

Every one deserves reliable access to food. On Give for Good Louisville--and the 364 other days of the year--Kentucky Harvest helps connect food with the people who need it most. But, it’s about more than food – it’s about dignity, hope, and neighbors helping neighbors. I joined the Kentucky Harvest board two years ago and am proud to support this important mission for our community by raising funds and awareness yfor Kentucky Harvest during our city’s biggest day of giving!

Since 1987, Kentucky Harvest has been rescuing perfectly good food that might otherwise go to waste and delivering it to nonprofits that serve families, children, and seniors who need it most. To date, we’ve rescued more than 88 million pounds of food – that’s millions of meals saved and shared in our community!

Here’s the best part: thanks to the Papa John’s Foundation, every donation will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $10,000. That means your gift goes twice as far to keep our trucks on the road, rescuing food and fighting hunger every single day.
