Science for Every Age Every Stage -Veronica's Page

One of my favorite parts of working at Kentucky Science Center is the people I get to meet every day. I love watching curiosity take over! It is when a child lights up, a family gets excited about an exhibit, or someone suddenly makes a connection they didn’t expect.

Those little sparks of discovery are what keep me coming back. Learning really does happen everywhere, and I feel lucky to help people notice it, explore it, and have a little fun along the way.

This year on September 10, I'm excited to be participating in Give for Good Louisville to raise funds for Kentucky Science Center's Annual Fund for Science. 

I'm aiming for 5 people to support Kentucky Science Center's overall goal of $25,000.

Funds raised will support our Annual Fund for Science, providing ongoing support for education programs and initiatives including:

• $500 supports Pulse of Surgery for a class of 25 students. 
• $300 takes one Science Expo to children’s and families’ neighborhoods.
• $139 supports one family with a Community Access Membership. 
• $21 supports one student's field trip admission to our Flagship Facility. 

Your gift will help provide people with hands-on experiences that demonstrate the relevance of STEAM in everyday life.
