Gloria is the heartbeat of our office here at Play Cousins Collective. As our Office Administrator, she keeps everything running smoothly while making sure our village feels connected and cared for. With her mix of organization, kindness, and dedication, she makes sure our staff and programs have what they need to pour into children, families, and caregivers all across Louisville.

Gloria truly believes in the mission of Play Cousins Collective, building a world where Black children and families are supported, celebrated, and able to thrive. Gloria embodies this mission daily through her personal passion for being part of meaningful collective work. Her deep desire for community togetherness, paired with her love for children and families, shines through in all she does. By creating a welcoming, structured, and caring environment, Gloria not only supports our team but also helps ensure that our families feel valued, connected, and uplifted—allowing us to focus on what matters most: strengthening our community.
