The dePaul School Joy of Learning!

In March of 2023 after L's first tutoring session, I received a text from his mom. He asked her to take his picture and send it to me and said "there's something about this school that makes me think I might want to go here." It warmed my heart that all these years later L's first impression of the school is still the same as so many of my friends and family have fondly experienced!

What is the dePaul "Joy of Learning"? It's not the building, but the dedicated educators and staff that make learning possible! It's teaching students with learning differences of dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia the way they need to learn and empowering them with confidence and lifelong skills. Whether its on Duker Ave, at Mount St. Francis or even online, it's our passionate, enthusiastic teachers that help children develop skills to make that joy a reality. Many of our faculty and staff have been at the school for decades and their flame burns bright. Even our newest teachers, including an alum, catch the spark of joy very quickly!

And for L, 18 months later through tutoring and summer school, dePaul was instrumental in getting him on the right track with reading and math.
