Tom Block, Isaac's Great-Grandson

My great-grandfather came to America from Germany at the end of the American Civil War and ended up with family in Kentucky.

 Recently I was able to tell Mr. Bernheim's story to my grandson, Isaac Bernheim's great, great great grandson. My great-grandfather wanted to give back to the people of Kentucky and created Bernheim Arboretum & Forest. Today, it takes money to maintain and expand his legacy.
