As a member of Kentucky Science Center's Offsite Programs team, I have seen firsthand what happens when science goes beyond our walls! Bringing S.T.E.A.M. lessons directly to the people of Louisville inspires critical thinking, creativity, and a lifelong love for science, technology, engineering, art, and math.
Whether it's local students solving engineering challenges, seniors at care centers engaging in enriching activities, or parents receiving access to resources like Community Access Memberships, everyone wins when we Do Science in Our City!
This year on September 18, I'm excited to be participating in Give for Good Louisville to raise funds for Kentucky Science Center's Annual Fund for Science.
I'm aiming to raise $100 to support Kentucky Science Center's overall goal of $35,000.
Funds raised will support our Annual Fund for Science, providing ongoing support for education programs and initiatives including:
- $500 supports Pulse of Surgery for a class of 25 students.
- $300 takes one Science Expo to children’s and families’ neighborhoods.
- $139 supports one family with a Community Access Membership.
- $21 supports one student's field trip admission to our Flagship Facility.
You can help support Kentucky Science Center's Annual Fund for Science by:
- Making a gift of $10 or more to help up meet our goal.
-
Sharing your support:
