A Volunteer’s View: Changing Lives Every Day

As a volunteer at the Marnel C. Moorman Family Life Center’s after‑school program, I see firsthand how much this place means to our children and families. Every week, I get to watch students learn, grow, and build confidence in a safe, supportive environment. My own grandchildren participate in many of the programs and events here, and I’ve seen how the MCMFLC has helped them develop friendships, discover new interests, and feel connected to a community that truly cares about them.

The MCMFLC provides educational, recreational, and family‑focused programming that strengthens our entire community.
