For the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of volunteering with Louisville Outreach for the Unsheltered (LOU), and in that time I’ve met some of the most incredible people. Every week, LOU shows up for our unsheltered neighbors with food, clothing, blankets, and so much more.

 The highlight of my week is always Sunday serves, where I not only get to help meet immediate needs but also build meaningful relationships on the streets. These connections remind me just how powerful compassion and consistency can be.
