MCMFLC has become a second home to me. For the past three years, I’ve come back every summer — even while juggling college — because pouring into these kids is something I truly love. Every time I walk through the doors, I’m reminded why I keep showing up: the joy, the growth, the confidence, and the community we build together.
This past summer, I had the opportunity to create a full fashion show for our kids. Watching them step onto that stage, seeing their personalities shine, and watching their confidence grow with every step — that’s the kind of impact that stays with you. Moments like that remind me why MCMFLC matters and why I give my time, energy, and heart to this work.
I care because these kids deserve people who believe in them. I care because MCMFLC gives them a safe space to learn, express themselves, and feel supported. And I care because I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when a community shows up for its youth.
This is why I keep coming back. This is why MCMFLC will always have a piece of my heart.
