The WG Family

Give for Good Louisville day is this Thursday, September 10, and I hope you'll consider supporting Francis’s school, Louisville Classical Academy. Click the link above to donate to LCA.

Help Francis’s class win an ice cream party, based on how many families give and how many start a page like this one. A ten dollar gift helps as much as a larger one! And if the school reaches its goal, our Head of School, Mr. Markowitz, takes a pie to the face, thrown by the student whose page brings in the most gifts. Francis would love your help making both of those happen!

Small class sizes, no screens, and a real love of reading are some of the reasons we love LCA. This year so far, Francis is learning so much about the nations of the world, the natural world, and biological processes that are honestly out of the realm of what I would expect for a four-year-old. He is in his second year of the Montessori program and is absolutely thriving!

Every gift made to LCA for Give for Good Louisville on September 10th is matched dollar for dollar by the school's board, up to $7,000 in all, so your gift counts twice.

Any amount helps and it would mean a lot to our family!
