Zakia Holland is a proud Kentucky native and the Director of Community Healing at Play Cousins Collective, where she works diligently to create liberating, nurturing spaces for all thrive. A devoted mother and a creative at heart, Zakia is passionate about holding space for all forms of expression—especially during the critical years of childhood brain development. Her work is rooted in healing, love, community, and a deep belief in the power of inner child healing. Through her leadership, Zakia is pours with intention, imagination, and care, helping folks be their fullest, freest selves. Through programs like Holding Space, Thrive Tribe, and Collective Healing Gatherings Zakia aids in breaking the stigma around mental health.
